These Gel-Lifters are especially for lifting latent prints and dust impressions. Rubber-Gelatin Lifters are high-quality elastic sheets of rubber with a low-adhesive gelatin layer on one side. There are advantages: high elasticity and low tack these gel-lifters will pick up shoe print dust from a paper box but won’t tear the paper from the box. The elasticity allows latent pick-up on uneven or curved surfaces, such as light bulbs, door knobs or stucco. Perfect for use in field by law enforcement officers and forensic teams since case data can be written on the back of the lifter using a regular ballpoint pen. You can even record case data on the black rubber-gelatin lifter since the backing is white for writing!
