The EMI 9139 E.T.R (Emergency Tactical Response) Deluxe Active Shooter/Bleed Aid Kit is designed perfectly to provide the emergency first responder personnel with basic but essential equipment to prevent life-threatening bleeding. It features a color orange S.T.A.T tourniquet, Nu-Stat dressing and Chest Seal for added supplies. The S.T.A.T tourniquet features a unique built-in timer, one-hand application, precision tightening, and a finger release lever. It is a pediatric applicable, too. This kit also features a Molle pouch that carries the basic EMS equipment and supplies. The Molle pouch can be strap to backpacks, EMS/Police bicycles, belts, gurneys, etc. It also has a side-carrying handle and is small enough for small spaces such as cargo pockets and vehicle compartments.
