Tingley HazProof Boots are made of special polymer material, they are ideal for chemical and hazmat cleanup. Sure grip outsole provides excellent abrasion and slip resistance. HazProof Boots are designed with a large foot area to accommodate the extra bulk of an encapsulated suit providing a comfortable fit. Boots have a bright orange color for high visibility and a steel shank firm arch for superior support.
These Tinlgey HazProof boots are not only comfortable, they meet the protective footwear chemical permeation requirements of NFPA 1991 Standard on Vapor–Protective Ensembles for Hazardous Materials Emergencies 2005 Edition. The HazProof boots have also been tested to Military Standard 282 and will provide protection against certain chemical warfare blister and nerve agents!
