The kit contains even more supplies then the basic version and features the new Burnaid Dressings. These dressings: 1) cool and remove heat from the burns 2) relieve pain 3) prevent contamination 4) low adherent dressings – will not stick to wounds 5) water based gel provides moisture to the wound and easily rinses off with no residue.
