The EMI 9136 E.T.R (Emergency Tactical Response) Standard Active Shooter, Bleed Aid Kit is designed perfectly to provide the emergency first responder personnel with basic but essential equipment to prevent life-threatening bleeding. It features a color orange S.T.A.T tourniquet and Nu-Stat dressing for added supplies. The S.T.A.T tourniquet features a unique built-in timer, one-hand application, precision tightening, and a finger release lever. It is a pediatric applicable, too. This kit also features a Molle pouch that carries the basic EMS equipment and supplies. The Molle pouch can be strap to backpacks, EMS/Police bicycles, belts, gurneys, etc. It also has a side-carrying handle and is small enough for small spaces such as cargo pockets and vehicle compartments.
